GWACS Armory Blemish Blow Out.
This item is a blemished item and will have cosmetic imperfections.
We are now taking orders for factory blemished GWACS CAV-15 MKII AR15 Lower receivers. We have a limited supply in stock ready to ship. They are the same light weight rugged single piece AR-15 polymer lower receiver but with varying cosmetic flaws and flashing issues. They are 100% functional and covered under our standard limited lifetime warranty. Obviously as a deeply discounted blemished item we will not accept returns for cosmetic issues.
Each lower will have minor scratches or flashing cleanup that did not meet the GWACS Armory quality control for aestethics; again, they are 100% functional.
Available in Black only.

I own several and everyone whom has shot mine has fallen in love with my weapon and have put the MKII on their list. A few of my friends have purchased several lowers over the years and replaced their lowers with the MKII. It just feels great to shoot and is light weight. Never had any problems except for a poor gunsmith that didn't line up the trigger pin in the center causing the weapon to not fire or feed(whole assembly was canted). It took me awhile to find and fix the mistake unfortunately. Hope that will help others who read the review.

There should be an option for an extra long hammer pin. I need one for cartridge trigger groups, as the hammer pin i s not standard width. Also the butt plate is too heavy, please include a plastic as an add on or after market as many whant the lightest posssible build.

Decided to purchase a GWACS lower after viewing this testing video on In Range TV
Was not disappointed! Was happier to find the blemished lower available for a better price, now my lower is coyote colored. Never did see any blemishes.Lower is solid, well made, plastic flashing was removed, parts easily fit.

Bought this lower with low expectations and should have had higher ones this lower fits snug and went together in minutes can't wait to go put some rounds through it and see how it handles.

I picked up one of these while at GWACS and asked about the blem. When I was told it was all cosmetic I elected to purchase 4 of them. One build already complete. The gun went together and functions perfectly. I will be purchasing another 4 of these after the holidays. Best value I have come across when you take into account that there is no purchasing a stock, buffer tube, castle nut or endplate.

This is the first build that I've used a lower with a integrated stock. The weight, balance and fit are superb. I was very impressed with the tolerances and performance. I used it on several uppers and in different calibers. Great price, great product. I will be using this unit on my next build.

My review was for a blemished lower (which is still fully functional and easily covered by Duracoat), which is why it only gets a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating.
I have ARs, AKs and Cetmes and have had one of the GWACS complete lower (which I mistakenly let slip away). I have absolutely no reservations about putting whatever parts I want (this one will be a 300 Win AAC Blackout) and giving it the most extreme treatment.
So, when I saw this blemished lower, I just had to jump on it!

My LPK dropped right in, upper fits tight, mag fits tight, but is still loose enough drop out when mag release is pushed.
Still have a few more parts to purchase before firing, but seems rock-solid.
Whatever cause it to be a blem is not evident, Just wish that someone had not scratched a crude "B" into the side of the receiver to designate it as blemished...
